What You Can Do Reconnect to spiritual people: Lord, congregation Intimacy is the freedom from anxiety in the presence of vulnerability Every person has the need for a friend, counselor, sounding board “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend” (Prov. 27:17) “It is not good that man should be alone” (Gen. 2:18)

5. Renew your mindset (Rom. 12:1-2) Get your head together Refocus on what matters Avoid the peripherals Return to your roots and remember your beginning (Rev. 2:4-5) Repent of the sin in your life (Rom. 8:5-13)

6. Recapture your: Faith (Rom. 10:17) Love (Jn. 14:23) Hope (Rom 15:4) Reassure your heart (Prov. 4:23) “Be not afraid, for I am with you” (Josh. 1:4-6; Acts 18:9-11) “I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matt. 28:20)
