2. Necessary to Learn  In studying God’s word, all the answers do not come at once  It takes time to understand what we must do – 2 Pet. 3:8-15  The eunuch knew this – Acts 8:29-35  How much do you want to learn?

3. Necessary to Teach  Because we all learn at different paces  This is repeated throughout the bible – 2 Tim. 2:24-26, 3:10, 4:2  Otherwise we give up on them – Acts 18:24-28  Are you patient in teaching others about God’s word?

4. Necessary to Work  In working with others – Eph. 4:1-3  Not seeing the reward (yet) – Rom. 2:6- 8  This takes time to develop  The Lord is patient with us; we must be patient as we do His will

5. Conclusion Jesus was long-suffering, and never seemed to be in a rush. He explained Spiritual principles to crowds who rarely understood. He did not give up on them, even when they refused to listen!
