Your task Illustrate the purpose and features of DBMS on the worksheets. Use the following key words: Data duplication, data inconsistency, queries, forms, reports, front end back end.

Data Types Fill in the survey “All about you!”

Your Task… Create a data table in Access and put in the fields for the data survey with the correct data type.

Validation Validation checks that the data entered is reasonable. Eg. Correct data type, correct range of numbers, correct number of letters…etc. Verification checks that the data entered is the same as intended
