2. What is the threshold that you would consider an ‘outbreak’ or ILI or what would be concerning to you? Does your school have outbreak guidelines or a baseline threshold?

4. What type of information should you collect? How many people are sick? Are the ill students concentrated in one classroom or grade? Are they all part of the same group activity? What are their symptoms? Have any of the parents or students mentioned a specific diagnosis from a doctor? Do you know how many students are usually absent on a normal school day?

5. What, if anything, have you done already to try to stop the spread of infection? What control measures are appropriate for your facility? Environmental concerns? Reducing exposures? Vaccination and antiviral information?
