ONOMATOPOEIA Words that imitate the sound they are naming BUZZ
OR sounds that imitate another sound “The silken, sad, uncertain, rustling of each purple curtain . . .” (purple curtain is also an example of assonance)

Hiccups Dear Hiccups, You’re the enemy of my mouth and throat.

Alliteration Alliteration uses the same beginning word sounds over and over, like a tongue twister. My beautiful bubbles burst and then, I simply blow some more again. The setting sun slipped slowly down, Making room for the milky moon.
