3 3 ADDRESS ELEMENT CORRECTION – II The New AECII Process n Limitations – 15,000 Records per day per mailer n Currently Must use AEC I at $15/1,000 Records –Historical Correction Rate – 30% n $25 Minimum Submission Fee n New File Format n After AEC run through AECES – Historical Correction Data

5 5 ADDRESS ELEMENT CORRECTION – II AECII Charges for Returned Records n Corrected to Match Valid Delivery Address ($) n Indicated as ADNE – Address Not Recognized/Does Not Exist ($) AECII Returned Records – No Charge n Historical Corrections (No Charge – NC) n PO Box Exclusions – The Address presented is not the Valid Mailing Address (NC) n Unique Occurrence – Final destination not through USPS – Military – College (NC)

6 6 ADDRESS ELEMENT CORRECTION – II Pilot Results n 158,252 Records Presented through eUARS n 90% Records Resolved in 60 Days n 95,202 (60.16%) Corrected to Match Delivery Address n Feedback from Pilot Participants – Very Positive – High Quality
