REFLECTION-REFRACTION How we can teach the students about reflection and refraction:

REFRACTION
5
REFLECTION 1. Experiment: give to the children mirror and the torch to play and experiments with. 2. Ask the children about the reflection phenomena. 3. Explain what reflection means.
6
REFLECTION When a ray of light meet surface of the mirror, it come back with a direction which depends on the angle which the initial ray forms with the surface.

REFLECTION

REFRACTION 1. Experiment: use laser and a prism 2. Ask the children questions 3. Explain what refraction means
9
REFRACTION For the experiment on refraction of light we use a laser because its ray is easy to follow. When the laser beam meets a face of the prism, part of energy of light goes in the reflected ray. The angle which the refracted ray forms with the face of prism depends on the angle which initial ray forms with the same face and on the material which the prism is made.
