Department Leadership Teams will: Model and demonstrate teamwork, collaboration and shared leadership within their team Set and communicate direction within the department Practice continuous improvement within the department through quality tools and processes Constantly seek input from all employees within the department (and customers outside the department) to ensure the “Voice of the Customer” is heard
