Submit survey results to the OECD Secretariat by 31 March 2008.

Revised definitions and guidance. Donors and countries are invited to rigorously comply with. The role of the National Co-ordinator has been strengthened. A Donor Focal Point has been appointed The qualitative assessments in the 2008 Survey have been deepened. Broadening country-level dialogue by increasing the involvement of civil society organisations. A dedicated Help Desk has been strengthened to provide additional technical support.
