EXAMPLE: automobile : gasoline :: television : electricity sinister connection: Create a T-chart. On the left side, list things that would be sinister. On the right side, list things that are the opposite of sinister. (people, animals, movies, scenarios, etc.) abduct connection: Write an original sentence using the word abduct with clear context clues. immune connection: Use your phone or computer to look up the origin of immune. Write an explanation of where this word came from and how we have made it work for today’s language. This will probably take Wednesday and Thursday.

12. WEEK 7 VOCAB QUIZ Write a paragraph using all 5 words. You do not have to use the words in any particular order. 1. sinister 2. abduct 3. quarantine 4. immune 5. vaccine Each word must be underlined and spelled correctly. The meaning of the word must be clear in the context of the sentence(s) around the word. Don’t change the part of speech of the word by adding suffixes. You may conjugate verbs, however. If our definition included more than one part of speech (noun or verb, for example), then you may choose either for your paragraph.
