No need for internet or network connectivity while in the field—can conduct surveys in remote areas. One phone can hold thousands of surveys (with limited photo and video) Surveys can be uploaded from any location, which means enumerators can be spread out across a large geographic area and all their surveys could be uploaded to one server and combined into one worksheet for analysis back at headquarters. Ability to create maps Ability to use photos and videos as a part of a survey. Why would anyone want to move from a paper survey to a smart phone survey?
