6. Actions from Nov. AdCom All REC/NSREC publicity is coordinated by Teresa Farris, Aeroflex. We have no plans to change this. We have scheduled a GOLD member breakfast on Wednesday morning of the 2011 IEEE NSREC. Jonny Pellish, NASA Goddard (PhD, 2008, VU) will serve as host.

7. IEEE TNS “Marking” Issue It is a continual source of frustration to see fully refereed journal articles, published in the IEEE TNS, referred to a “Conference Proceedings Papers” by the ISI Web of Science. We wonder whether this is an IEEE marking issues, or simply ISI’s policy. In any case, it is inaccurate. Any possibility of correcting this?
