Eurowarrant Project T.M.C. Asser Institute Aim: promote uniform and transparent application of the EAW in all Member States by stimulating exchange of information and promoting practice- orientated research in the field of judicial cooperation in criminal matters

ECBA-EAW Project: Aims Establish a network of criminal defence lawyers, with specific practical or practice- based experience in EAW-cases Create a knowledge centre of practical information concerning defence rights of suspects in surrender proceedings

Preliminary Research Results 14 participants returned a completed questionnaire No participants submitted case reports 13 participants informed to be interested in attending the first expert meeting on 25 and 26 November in Maastricht
