Facts About France France is the most visited country in the world Paris was originally a Roman city called “Lutetia” There's only one STOP sign in the entire city of Paris During WWII, when Hitler visited Paris, the French cut the lift cables on the Eiffel Tower so that Hitler would have to climb the steps if he wanted to reach the top. France was the first country to introduce the license plate. The oldest bridge in Paris, France, is the Pont Neuf, or ”New Bridge.”
