LPCC Accreditation The ACA Audit held in June reaffirmed the facility as one of the best in the sate and the country. Notable results include: 100% compliance of mandatory standards 93.7% compliance of 343 monitored standards. LPCC Goals . To modify inmate behavior in a positive manner through the use of behavior based housing concepts (inclusive of privileges appropriate to level of custody and program decisions). Maintain a better inventory system of tools, electrical and plumbing supplies in the maintenance shop. Decrease the amount of time it takes to process a release by 15%
