Post Course Next Steps All enquires must be submitted to portfolio@stroma.com or by calling 0845 621 1111.portfolio@stroma.com Stroma’s Service Level Agreement means we will reply to all urgent queries within 3 hours, important within 24 hours and all others within 72 hours. Only queries submitted using the above methods are subject to the SLA.

Simulation/ Post Course All simulation material can be found at www.stroma.com/course/postsbem3. Further training material and copies of the course slides can be found on the above link. The Stroma simulation can be found including the Data Collection Form.

ABBE Examination Examination consists of 30 multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 70% The initial fee includes two attempts at the exam Taken on-line at test centres around the country Please visit http://www.stroma.com/examrequest to registerhttp://www.stroma.com/examrequest Upon payment, we will contact you within 7 days with booking instructions The exam lasts 45 minutes plus 10 minutes reading time

Portfolio Submission You need to submit a portfolio of buildings to complete your diploma. Your trainer will explain what types of buildings and the quantity required. Please submit your portfolio as soon as possible. Details of what is required can be found on the post course weblink. Once completed your full portfolio will need to be sent to Stroma for the attention of the Operations Department in paper, on memory stick or CD. Your portfolio will then be initially assessed by Stroma and feedback provided within 4 weeks.

Certification When your portfolio has been assessed and verified as complete and exam results notified to us, we will provide details of how to apply for accreditation. You will be issued with access to our members site along with a Stroma photo ID card for you to use on site visits.

PL & PI Insurance As part of your accreditation you must have adequate insurance cover. Stroma have a arrangement with Enterprise to offer this on a £1.06 per lodgement basis. We will charge you for this money as part of your monthly lodgement invoice. If you do not want to take advantage of this you must submit a valid policy from your existing insurance provider.

Feedback Please can you take time to complete the feedback forms. It is very important for Stroma to obtain this information so we can develop the course for further events. You can complete one and hand it back to the trainer or please take one away and email to certification@stroma.com or post for the attention of the Operations Manager.
