29 Portfolio CSB Timetable Complete case Send Hospital number to your mentor 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions Formal dress code

30 OSLER Objective Structured Long Examination Record Observed clinical case (does not have to be a whole case) with feedback Students should ask senior to complete these forms Need 2 completed forms before the end of the block (university requirement) Only consultants. Consultants Available in AMU at SWFT in area C each week
