GLOSERVE CONSULTING Zero Invoice Guarantee Commitment, Confidence and ZERO INVOICE – Guarantee We understand that many customers / clients may not have expertise and or time to evaluate the advanced SAP Skills of the consultant and they rely on Consulting companies to ensure the quality of the consultant. However, even with the top Consulting Brands, the result is not always satisfactory. The alternative service level terms and conditions can also be cumbersome to draft and even more difficult to monitor and enforce. Hence we offer a ZERO INVOICE cancellation period. During this period, should a customer decide to cancel an order for Consulting Services, we will waive all consulting charges for the order. The length of this period depends on the Order Duration. This is detailed in Appendix A.

Further a classification is made based on Consultants skills into Bands. An Explanation of band is made in next slide

GLOSERVE CONSULTING Band Specification BandConsultant Skills Band 5  Qualified consultants with skills to implement Engagements.  Have necessary experience and training to be able to handle most parts of one of the areas of expertise. For Example, SAP FI Consultants at this band should be able to independently configure systems.  Most of these consultants can independently deliver our Rapid Deployment Solutions. Band 6  Experienced Consultant with developed expertise in atleast one area.  Can Design and configure solution in their choice area of expertise.  Can handle complex configuration trouble-shooting.  Relevant Experience level : 3 Years - 5 Years Band 7  Senior Consultants or Senior Designers.  Can design, build and lead teams to deliver solutions for atleast one area of Choice of expertise, including in large complex Engagements.  Team Leadership  Relevant Experience level : 6 Years - 8 Years

GLOSERVE CONSULTING Band Specification BandConsultant Skills Band 8  All abilities of Band 7 plus,  Ability to Solution Architecture in system integration, deploying more than one functional areas.  Ability to Manage Engagements in chosen area of expertise / Mid Market client account.  System Integration Architects.  Relevant Experience level : 7 Years - 12 Years Band 9  All abilities of Band 8 plus,  Ability to Manage large Engagements for Global Implementation or Manage full program of a mid market.  Relevant Experience level : 15 Year Plus Band 10 (Account Directors)  Thought leaders  Program Manager for large Global Programs  Program manager for multiple mid market clients. (Part-time Deployment)  Relevant Experience level : 15 Year Plus
