10  For 1 ml pipette :  In a ballon class A.  Prepare 0.1 gr /100 ml (stock ).  Dilute 1 : 11 and measure absorbance.  Select 10 tube and add 10 ml DW in each tube. (for 2 ml add 20 ml DW )  Add 1 ml stock reagent into each tube.  Measur absorbance and record it.
