3. 3 How Can We Acknowledge Success? Recognize everyone who contributed to successful prevention activities by meeting & surpassing company standards, for example: y letter/memo from the president y health & safety awards y public recognition i.e. coffee & donuts for JOHSC and/or employees y staff meeting, Christmas banquet, etc.

4. 4 How are Elements Maintained? 1. Annual review of standards. Best practice - circulate policies & procedures for comment 2. Revisit communication 3. Train new, transferred or returning staff as required 4. Annual evaluation of elements - is it still working, are changes needed Documentation!!
