Summary A S.W.O.T. provides an analysis of an organisation at any given point in relation to it’s vision and values. It allows leaders and managers to identify: What is helping (or may help) to achieve the vision/values What is preventing/may prevent entirely) the vision/values from being achieved. An action plan is then created to maximise strengths and opportunities and reduce or remove weaknesses reduce the potential impact of threats.
