3 Miniature Golf Swinging Tumbling Canoeing 2-3 times a week

4 Push-ups and pull-ups Rope Climbing Karate Ballet/Dance 2-3 times per week

5 Swimming Biking Running around Skateboarding Jump rope In-line skating 3-5 times a week

6 Basketball Football Soccer Kickball Volleyball Skiing 3-5 times a week

7 Play outside Help around the House Walk to the store Take stair instead of elevator Pick up toys Take dog or siblings for a walk
