Swimming Biking Running around Skateboarding Jump rope In-line skating 3-5 times a week

Basketball Football Soccer Kickball Volleyball Skiing 3-5 times a week

Play outside Help around the House Walk to the store Take stair instead of elevator Pick up toys Take dog or siblings for a walk
