What should be included in your State project for all grades Names of the main cities in your state including the Capital State Symbol and State Flag Geography of the state (mountains, hills, etc..) and location in the USA Population Native animals Climate (in winter, summer, autumn, spring) Famous People from the State Something you most like about the State When the State became a State or joined the USA

3. Additional information to be included for grades 7, 8, and 9 Type of State Government (Republican or Democrat and Is it a Conservative or Liberal state) Who are the State Senators and How many House of Representatives do they have Main and Most precious natural resources (oil, gas, livestock, etc..)

4. How it should be presented Student should use “Powerpoint”, if “Powerpoint” is not available student can use display boards usually used for science fairs Should include pictures, some videos, and colorful “Excellent” or “A” mark projects are projects who are detailed, with pictures, and which include all required information Due/Must be Finished by : Week of October 15th
