4 My current role Conduct live trainings Identify areas of need & conduct analysis Manage “update projects” Execute tasks in team projects Perform L&D research; perform industry research Create Instructional Design framework Author and develop content in Storyline Prototype and test learning modules Write & administer surveys; analyze data Update LMS General admin tasks Analyze and improve processes Other tasks as they arise
