Real Advantage. 7 Speaker Responsibilities Check-in at registration at least 24 hours prior to your presentation time Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your session Monitor your presentation time Encourage attendees to complete session evaluations Continue conversations outside of the session room after your presentation *There will be a speaker ready room Plum Blossom Internet access and electricity will be available

Real Advantage. 8 Speaker Tips Monitor your pace (speak slowly) Indicate whether you plan to address questions along the way or at the end of the presentation Repeat questions from the audience so all can hear Do not promote your product (if applicable) Attendees really appreciate screen shots or demos (plan for a backup for any “live” demos) Offer a follow-up method for questions you may not be able to answer on the spot
