FFCA (Fédération Française de Cuisine Amateur) Mission: For-profit organization for amateur cooks & food lovers Founded: September 2008 Number of members: 5000 Partners: 500 blogs, 450 amateur cooking schools in France, food companies Major activities: Organizing cooking classes & cooking competitions Providing cooking-related information Main events: French amateur cooking championship (since 2008) Table setting championship (since 2009)

gprovost@cuisineamateur.com Recrutement of Participants Period: July 10 – August 15 Method: E-mailing Target: - 220 LG product owners (data collected by FS CRM) - 120 bloggers (LG network) - 5000 FFCA members Selection of Finalists Recipe Adaptation & Training Period: September 10 – September 23 Participants will adapt recipes with SolarCUBE and train themselves. Product to be rented: MP-3297IXC (SteamChef) Period: August 16 – September 9 Number of finalists: 6 Criteria: - Best recipes reflecting the theme « Cooking of Light » - Visual presentation Jury: LG & FFCA
