Student Information Students are required to submit an Application for Graduation and a Regalia Form. Students are required to submit an Application for Graduation and a Regalia Form. Both forms are located on our department web site and must be submitted online using their student log-in ID (eRaider). We work with area hotels to get a discounted rate for families and friends of graduating candidates and post the list on our site.

FAQ’s We provide information on how to order graduation announcements, class rings, commencement pictures, on where to park, ADA accommodations, etc.

► Diploma Information ► December 08 Graduates: If you live outside of Lubbock and are not able to pick up your diploma from the registrar’s office, e-mail your school’s registrar your shipping information no later than December 1, 2008. ► Spring 09 Graduates: Diplomas are distributed immediately following commencement at the United Spirit Arena. If you are unable to attend commencement and pick up your diploma, you will need to come by the Registrar’s Office to pick up your diploma or submit a request on the student portal to have it mailed to you. The online portal will not be available until December 1, 2008. All students will receive an email form Dave Carter or Margret Duran informing them that the student self- service portal is active. If no shipping address is provided by the student and the diploma is not picked up within 6 (six) weeks of their graduation date, it will be destroyed. If destroyed, the student will be responsible for paying an additional $35 for their diploma to be reprinted.
