Reading a Visual Image As you are reading the four visual images presented today: Jot down your notes to each corresponding square. What do you notice about setting: object, landscape, weather, light, buildings, setting, what people are holding? What do you notice about the foreground? What do you see in the background? At the edges? What do you notice about the people: clothes, facial expressions, feelings, personality, jobs, importance, relationships? What do you notice about the actions or activities: What seems to be happening here? Who’s doing what? What questions do you have to as you look at this part of the image?
