9 Homework Assignment: Appeals Using the facts provided in Chapter 1, pages, 24-27 of the Legal Transcription textbook, draft the following questions to prepare for drafting a complaint: 10 interview questions for the plaintiff. 10 interview questions for an expert testifying on behalf of the defendant. 10 interview questions for a witness to the accident.
