Sprint is considered weak. Since the average weighted score for CPM matrix is 2.5, any company´s total weighted score that falls below 2.5 is considered weak. As the result show Verizon is dominating on critical success factors because the total weighted score is high compare to AT&T and Sprint. Some points to improve are: coverage, customer base and financial position.
