General info: All Y7 – 11 with a device = 871 students Baradene infrastructure outstanding just waiting for increased broadband from Network for Learning (N4L) Extra technician to help students at the beginning of the year

FYI Software issues e.g can’t log in to Office 365, can’t access the internet, wireless not working etc– ask a friend, refer to the website. If still unresolved see technician at morning tea, lunch or after school Hardware issues e.g. screen won’t turn on, keyboard does not connect, keys are stuck, charger not working etc. return the device to the store it was purchased from
