OCEE IT Integration Provide Better Service through IT Integration ◦Make it easier to receive service from multiple groups. ◦Provide metrics to ensure that the service is working. ◦Track service contacts throughout the building to improve service delivery. Integrate 3 legacy State Agency Systems Identify barriers to success from policies and regulations ◦Let the legislature know so they can modify the law. In short… Let’s fix a system we know has had problems!

My Intentions For This Project Provide a solution that meets the needs of the OCEE and the College ◦Look at the previous work from Cambria and identify a solution to work. ◦Option “B” Build a local system was selected. Develop an integrated approach with OCEE and NSC SDS ◦Agencies began working together over the course of 2014. ◦By October 2014 a possible local solution was coming together. ◦December 2014 local reps agreed to go forward. ◦Feb 9 2015 A site Visit to SPSCC to see a comparable install.

What Actually Happened OCEE IT Integration got derailed ◦Multiple agencies ◦Short timelines ◦Differing Priorities ◦State Level Politics A new approach was formulated to scope the focus on Campus/OCEE Integration ◦Focus on meeting the legislative intent ◦Pilot the project as a campus ◦Continue to improve service

OCEE and Campus Integration Software Selected “Who’s Next” ◦Installed June 3, 2015 ◦Three years of discussions.. Two days to install software. Campus integration is happening now!
