The Imbalance is in: Knowing How to Create Four Cornerstones of Creation Playfulness CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter

When this comes up on the treasure map for a client, then they have lost their child-like wonder and zeal for play. We are here to be creators, and creation is a type of play. It means your client is taking life too seriously. As an actor, you take your role seriously, but you always know it’s a role, and the challenge and fun of it is to see how well you can bring it to life. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

If this comes up for your client, it means that they are taking life too seriously, and they are identifying with their creations insofar as their creations are a part of their identity. Consequently, when their creations get destroyed, they get destroyed. They have forgotten that we’re here to play! CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

If this comes up for your client, have them take a look at how they are intermingling their identity with their creations to the point that they have become vulnerable. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

“What would you do if you knew without a doubt that you couldn’t fail?” - Robert Schuler “What would you do even if you did fail, you’re still God anyway!” - Jean Slatter CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Maybe your client needs to re-orient their perspective to view life from a creative challenge – one that they can draw joy from “just to see what they can do.” Use the same creative energy that initiated the world in the first place and ask, “I wonder if …” Ask them, “If you don’t create, then what? Then who would you be?” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Like the ocean, life moves in waves and tides. When an opportunity presents itself, be like a child and playfully seize the moment and dive in. A child doesn’t analyze the situation to the point of paralysis. If it is safe enough, say, what the heck, and dive in. Know that everything you’ve done to prepare yourself will be enough. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

And a child doesn’t obsess about perceived opportunities missed, saying, this was my last day to play … The child knows that another opportunity will surely come along just as the tides wash in and out continuously. Like the ocean, life is rich with variety and beauty. Enjoy experiencing its various rhythms, and allow all doubts to be washed away. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Grace was given to us when we were given the keys to heaven’s library. You need to create! If you do not create, you will exist in dullness. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Help your client shift their perspective to understand, “It’s your world and it’s all for you …” Each of us is in our own world and your world revolves around you! CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

The truth is you are the center of your own universe because the movie of your life was created for you. Open yourself to the divine plan that’s constantly unfolding by you, for you. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

When this comes up for your client remind them to focus their awareness on their sphere of influence, the people and experiences that they attract in their world. Change their perspective to the idea that it was all created “for” them. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Only then can they get out of feeling like a victim, and open to the divine plan that’s constantly unfolding by their own creation “it’s all for me!” Help your client shift their perspective to understand “I get to do it!” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Knowing it is all your world, created just for you, will help you shift from complaining about having to do all the things you have to do, to having profound gratitude that you “get” to experience life in this way. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

It helps them to remember that they are here to know the truth of many aspects of life, and through those varied experiences, know and give love. Nowhere else in the universe can any of these experiences be played out. We are truly fortunate and blessed to “get to” do any of this. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Help your client to shift their perspective to understand: “Enlightenment is an inclusive process.” Perhaps your client is focused on their failures or is too hard on themselves only highlighting what they haven’t done. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Perhaps your client is focused on their failures or is too hard on themselves only highlighting what they haven’t done. Remind them that: “Enlightenment is an inclusive process.” A child does not wake up in the morning thinking of all the play they did not do the day before. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Our Gift of experience is an inclusive process. We expand in our awareness and encompass all that has been and never leave anything behind or we deny that part of Self. All of life, all of experience is sacred. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Help your client shift their perspective to understand, “I am / It is” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

When this comes up for your client they see themselves in a limited lense. If I ask you to write down 10 things behind the phrase “I am …”, I’m sure you could do it. But if I said, OK, now I know everything about you – you would protest! Eventually you would have to say “I am” period. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

I believe it is our spiritual responsibility to become whole. All consciousness seeks to validate itself by knowing itself, knowing what “I AM”. It’s only in the expression of “I AM” that we discover it. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

So in becoming whole, it’s not about seeking what’s missing; it’s about discovering all that we are, and it’ll take a lifetime to explore. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

When we know who we really are, we show up in life. We say “YES!” to life. When we hide out, complaining and not fully participating in life, there is a part of us that always aches. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

We ache for the wholeness we feel when we’re engaged in life with all its complexity and mystery. The discovery of “I AM” is our spiritual responsibility. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

There is no other joy that can be experienced with such depth as the discovery of who you are, and ultimately, Who You Are in Your Divineness. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

When we come to the ineffable acceptance and discovery of “I AM” we also accept and discover “IT IS”. This experience is limitless and boundless and we recognize the Gift of Life we have been given. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

Just as you can put infinite descriptions behind “I am …” you can also put infinite descriptions behind “it is …” Life shows up in extraordinary and varied colors, textures, complexities and possibilities. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

You cannot limit this expression or control it! So, be willing to stay in the wonderment and acceptance of what shows up. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Playfulness

This final cornerstone, Trust and Faith, is a choice. Faith is always a choice because ultimately, we don’t know what is in our greatest and highest good. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

If this comes up for your client, there is something in their life that they are taking that choice point and travelling down a road that is taking more and more away from them. Help them to come back to that choice point, turn it around, and choose trust and faith. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Help your client to shift their perspective to understand “Acceptance of Perfection” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Our reality is always how we choose to perceive it. We always have control over how we choose to vibrate originating from how we choose to perceive an event. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

From this point forward your lens of awareness is forever shifted to a new view point, a perspective that sees all of life in the context of spirit, one of tremendous joy for the journey and magic of life. At the foundation of it is accepting the perfection of life. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

All the paradox, complexity, and confusion of being human is ultimately perfect. There is an order beyond what we can see and we bring our faith to that. We recognize that there is no place, without exception, that a line can be drawn to say that something is not perfect. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

We recognize that we have purposely limited our perspective in order to have a human experience, and therefore, we humbly admit we cannot know the whole picture. Only through faith can we choose to see that all of life is perfect. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Faith also gives you the courage to create. Perhaps your client is hesitating and cannot move forward due to a distrust in the Universe. Encourage them to take a leap of faith and jump fully and squarely into the midst of putting their dreams into action. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Procrastination about your dreams won’t make them go away. Neither will it make them happen. Remember, when you are coming from the Lights, you need to decide. Indecision is the death of the Soul’s burning passion to improve, grow, and learn. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Don’t worry about making a wrong decision. Instead, worry about making no decision at all! If you’ve taken the time to pray, meditate, investigate, and research … then take that leap of faith! CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

This intention is what sets you on your magical journey. Trust that your intention is clear and right for you. Trust that the universe will support you in all ways. Hire the Heavens and give your team specific tasks. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

And remember, you can always change your mind! (life is your canvas) CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Help your client shift their perspective to understand, “there is only one truth” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

You are a Creator. You are here to create experience. You conduct your experiments to know the truth of that experience. There is only one truth: the Truth that your divine awareness discovers. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Have trust in your truth. Don’t bother trying to defend it or to convince others to make it their truth. Their truth is equally real, equally true. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Help your client shift their perspective to understand, “Never You, Always You” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Living from trust and faith shifts our attitude to one of being in awe of Life, and we marvel at the miraculous orchestration of each experience. One part of you recognizes that none of this was your doing; that it was all created from a higher power. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

From this perspective every moment is an amazing interplay of divine intelligence beyond human comprehension. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Simultaneously another part of you recognizes that it was always you, that you are the creator, and always have been. “It was never you, and it was always you” This seeming contradiction is the only way we can really get the idea of both being human and being God. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

It’s a paradox to hold, that we always intended to be here, and we created all of it while also humbly honoring the Divine Essence that has us know that our existence has nothing, yet everything to do with us. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Help your client shift their perspective to understand, “Love is the answer” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Love is a balanced energy, a divine energy that honors the duality of Life and recognizes that experience would not be possible without the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly, and the ecstasy and the misery. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Love loves it all. Trust that whatever is going on, bring love to the situation, and you will find peace. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Help your client shift their perspective to understand, “Find the Gift” CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith

Therefore there is always a gift! From faith, we know the gift is there even if we can’t understand it. Help your client find the gift in every challenging situation. Help them to choose faith. CreativeMystic.com © Jean Slatter Trust and Faith
