Strategy #8 Work locally! Think globally!
2
International Goldmine! The opportunity of Morinda crosses frontiers around the world.
3
That means that a Morinda distributor can recruit and sell in any officially-opened without any special permit. If you intend to visit that country, however, you may need a passport and/or or visa.
4
You do not need to visit a country in order to do business in that country. Volume done in any country counts equally toward your volume requirements for commissions and promotions, etc.
5
Talking about the INTERNATIONAL opportunity to someone......is a great way to recruit LOCALLY! For example:
6
Who do you know in….? USA? Japan? Mexico? Peru? Europe? Choose only one country to ask this question.
7
By not asking them directly if they would like to earn extra money… by joining you in Morinda......they are less suspicious of your motives in asking. The following are 3 typical responses:
8
(1)“No! I don’t know anyone.” And that would be the end of the conversation. Or… (2)…they may say, “No! I don’t know anyone. Why?” (3)…they may say, “Yes. I know someone. Why?” As long as they ask, “Why?” they have given you permission to talk about the opportunity.
9
If, for example, they say... “No! I don’t know anyone in Chile. Why?”... that gives you an opening to discuss a LOCAL business with Morinda. For example, continue… “Our company is expanding in… Chile… but we are also seeking ambitious people to fill management positions right here in (your city). Do you know of anyone here who might be looking to make an extra $200-$1,500 a month part-time... without interfering with their current employment? We train!” See Morinda official income disclosure statement on https://morinda.com/en-us/morinda/company/average_incomes.html.https://morinda.com/en-us/morinda/company/average_incomes.html
10
As long as they ask: “Why?”… …they have given you permission to speak to them about this opportunity. That’s what you wanted! Be too busy to discuss further details with them at this point. Ask for an appointment to, later, give them the details.
11
Giving someone a 5 minute presentation on the spot is a disservice to that person… because they can never understand the full scope of the business in 5 minutes. (You are setting yourself up for failure!) Set the appointment!
12
Get their phone number to call them later… to set up an appointment for a ½ hour interview.
13
At the interview… if the person gives you a difficult time... or is negative... … END THE INTERVIEW... AND YOU REJECT THE PERSON FIRMLY! “Listen, Marie. I don’t think this opportunity is for you. Thank you for your time.” Pack up and leave. Don’t wear knee pads! Don’t beg anyone to join you!
14
Reminder: Don’t get anxious or nervous about convincing them to join when you do sit down with them at the interview. Remember... this is strictly a matter of numbers… and you are looking for a… Category I … person… no one else. OK! Next strategy.
