6 Conclusion Establishing the "Urban Corner" requires a substantial research effort concerning the issues of integrated and sustainable progress based on the systems for share information. This issue arises in particular in connection to the functioning of democracy and a new form of governance. We observe the increasing role of civil society in complex decision-making process.
