3 Partnerships for International Research and Education Program Details: FY 2007 Competition (preproposal stage) 516 Preliminary Proposals received 199 institutions submitted All 50 states represented plus DC & Puerto Rico Almost 30% were in ENG disciplines; 20% MPS; 16% GEO; 14% BIO; 12% SBE; 11% CISE China most popular partner country
