2. PACKAGED GRANT opportunity 1.Fully funded by TRF and strategic partner UNESCO-IHE. 2.Euro 25,000 grant covers tuition, room and board, books and materials. 3.Eligible Rotary year 2013-14 onwards.

3. UNESCO-IHE Scholarship Three eligible 18-month Master of Science degree programs for Water and Sanitation professionals: 1.Msc in Urban Water and Sanitation 2.Msc in Water Management 3.Msc in Water Science and Engineering

4. UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education Largest post-graduate water education institution in the world to tackle the world's water and sanitation crisis. Located at Delft, The Netherlands

5. Salient Features Scholarships are on global competitive basis and only EIGHT will be awarded for academic year 2013-14. (Submit applications early!) Applications must be received through the new on-line system and will be approved in the order in which TRF receives completed applications. To be received no later than July 15 of the year in which studies begin.

6. Conditions Only ONE scholarship per year per Club/District will be offered. The candidate must FIRST apply and be admitted to UNESCO-IHE before approaching the Rotary Club for scholarship application. Therefore, admitted candidates cannot be guaranteed scholarship if the TRF funds for 8 scholarships are all used up.

7. Requirement The candidate must be sponsored by at least one Rotary Club or District near where the scholar intends to work or live after completion of study. The candidate must return (to Thailand/Cambodia) and it is compulsory for them to carry out a Water/Sanitation project with the sponsor Rotary Club/District.
