Rhodia Deployment Plan Objectives: To balance: 1)Rhodia’s financial (benefits) goals for the six sigma program: –Lean Six Sigma deployment goals – Minimum 25m€ project benefits in 2006 2)SSA fees for services we’ve been asked to provide to support the roll-out, understanding that Rhodia has a budget for the year of 800k€ -Agreed billing rates for training and mentoring support, and -Agreed Pay-at-risk %s -2006 payment cap for SSA fees of 800k€ -Proforma Invoices = 4 months in arrears
