Organization VMG Vision : A prosperous society where all the farmers are enjoying a dignified life, the farmers are in a solidarity network, the entitlement rights are established, women farmers have recognition and respect, food and livelihood security is ensured and a sustainable and pro farmers’ agriculture policy is in place.

3. Organization VMG Mission: Promotion of appropriate technology for agricultural growth and sustainability, ensure easy availability of agriculture input for farmers, get fair price and promote fair trade, ensure food availability and equal distribution of food to achieve food sovereignty.

5. Organizational Structure The organization consists 19300 members from 813 village organizations. The organization is actively operational in 31 unions (lowest level of administrative structure of the government) under 10 sub-districts with 7 districts of Bangladesh. Create option Training, Workshop & Help them resource mobilization &Technical Support. Policy advocacy with Govt. for change their mind set
