Pitt-CIRTL History Feb 2011 – Alberta Sbragia contacted May 2011 – Pre-proposal submitted Aug 2011 – Became a member Feb 2012 – Full proposal to the NSF Sept 2013 – Launch NSF Oct 2014 – Additional funding Great Lakes Since then – Pilot in Engr and BioSci Now – time to expand!
