5 targets and strategy what ? Annual assessment of company` goals as well as individual goals Individual talks between managers and their immediate subordinates to negotiate goals Goal setting oriented to both, company performance as well as individual development

6 targets and strategy why ? Oriented to internal as well as external customers Delegation of responsibility on the basis of assumed competence (bonus of trust)
