Summer Holiday abroad? When booking your holiday, particularly late bookings on the internet, please make sure you have enough time for any vaccinations that are necessary for your destination.

Summer Holiday abroad? Please complete a travel form at reception. The nurse will contact you with full travel advice and make an appointment for vaccinations if appropriate. Don’t forget malaria tablets!

Hay-fever Did you know that your local chemist or pharmacist can advise you regarding hay-fever and home remedies? For example anti-histamines and eye drops?

MINOR ILLNESS CLINICS The Minor Illness Clinic is available every day Appointments can be booked via reception or using the automated telephone system This service is run by Nurse Practitioner - Rachel, supported by Minor Illness Nurse - Michelle.

Minor Illness Clinic Coughs, sore throats, ear infections, chest infections, flu like symptoms Constipation, Diarrhoea, indigestion Urinary infections Minor injuries & sprains ankle/wrist Insect bites Emergency contraception Conjunctivitis

Physiotherapy – self referral Patients are able to refer themselves for physiotherapy advice either online or by phone Initially advice and exercises Onward referral if necessary No need to see your GP! Pick up a card from reception

Early Morning Tuesday and Saturday Morning Clinics Please note that if you wish to see a Dr. between 7am and 8am on a Tuesday or between 8am and 11am on a Saturday, you must book an appointment in advance. We regret that “walk in” patients are not able to be seen during these surgery times. Thank you.

Haughley Voluntary Service For patients residing in Haughley, Haughley Green and Haughley New Street, who have transport difficulties in getting to the surgery, why not telephone Haughley Voluntary Service on 01449 672099 between 10am-12.30pm Monday to Friday or leave a message on the answerphone

Haughley Voluntary Service This is a new community project to help with transport for Haughley residents who have problems attending their medical centre and hospital appointments. They would welcome your call
