10. Getting married. Getting married is a very special occasion in the Samoan culture. They love to invite many guests and have lots of singing and dancing, and lots of food. Cousins and families get together of all ages and they have more than 200 guests and they enjoy celebrating. People wear western style clothing and women wear fancy long dresses and lavalavas called puletasi.
