5. 5 Utility Utility menu is the main menu which is use to give the how much controls have given to the user by admin. for example Logout, User Role, Create User, Create Password, Create Main Menu, Create Sub Menu, Change Password etc. A)Main Menu: In this window we need to add or create a new Main Navigation Menu which is display on Menu Bar.We can also update, delete and Maintain order of the Main Menu.

6. 6 Utility B) Sub Menu: In this window we can create a new Sub Menu which is display by clicking on the Main Menu bar and also We can update, delete and maintain the order of Sub Menu.

7. 7 Utility C )Super Sub Menu: In this window we can create a new Super Sub Menu which is display by clicking on the Sub Menu list and also We can update, delete and maintain the order of Super Sub Menu.

8. 8 Utility D) Create Role: In this window we can create a New Role for example Reception,. Admin,Employee etc..and also we can update and delete that Roles.

9. 9 Utility E)Create User: In this window we can create a New User, first we need to enter User Name then select Role. Type the User Id And Password click on submit and also We can update and delete that User.

First select Roles or User Name then select window access permissions and click to save Button.

15. 15 Master B)Section Master: In this window the Organization will define to create each and every Investigation Type of Short Name and Section Name.Behalf Short Name will define the commission of Referral and also can Update and Delete the Section.

Then Click on Save to Create code and also can Update, Delete the created Investigation Master.

20. 21 Registration A)Patient Registration: In this window we need to Register the New Registration of Patient to generate the Patient Registration Code. Behalf of Registration Code we need to search and Update the Patient information and also cancel the registration given by return amount.

21. 22 Registration B)Day Book: In this window we need to print the Day Book Information by using search button behalf of selection of Date or Operator name. Then Click to the print button to print the whole day book information in the appropriate selected option.

23. 24 Report A)Print Report in MS word: In this window we generate the patient report by searching of Patient Id and selection of report list(table head) that report has been generated into the doc file.

25. 26 Admin B)Referral Management: In this window first we need to search the referral information by using selection of operator to add and select through select button then save the referral information. and also we can update that saved info.
