Tip #1: Don’t Prop Outer Doors This is a time of year when we find people sleeping in the residence hall common areas who don’t belong there. Don’t let strangers follow you into the building. Report suspicious people.

Tip #2: Lock Your Room The holiday season traditionally brings an increase in thefts from rooms and vehicles. Don’t leave your room/car unlocked and unattended. Lock your doors at night while sleeping.

Tip #3: Report All Suspicious Persons If you see someone you think is suspicious trust your instincts and call Police Services or notify your hall staff. 9-1-1 Dial 9-1-1 OR 6-3473
