WHAT WE LEARNED -Myers Briggs Test -How to work with a group of people in different skill sets -What kind of leader I can be -How to lead as a follower -How to work together / cooperate in a group

MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR -Jon and Laura sat at a table with people who had similar and different personality types -We learned that being different can allow people to gain new perspectives. It taught us how to work with a multitude of different people

HOW TO WORK WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT SKILL SETS -Scavenger hunt all over San Diego using only a set of clues and our collective efforts Shown right is the rooftop of a 22-story hotel with a bar and dance floor on it. A clue led us here!

HOW TO LEAD AS A FOLLOWER - Drawings that show who you are impacts and helps other people combat their own problems

HOW TO WORK TOGETHER / COOPERATE IN A GROUP -Teambuilding activity with the objective of getting everyone across an electronic mat

GOING FORWARD WITH BGS AT JMU - Spread awareness on campus for BGS (clothing/portfolios) -More active members at BGS meetings and events -Fundraising to send more people to conferences -Speakers to teach our members -Utilize resources (faculty and celebrities) to make our chapter better (i.e. Amber, Nike)
