4. STRATEGIC PLANS OF TURKSTAT The performance measurement of 2012-2016 Strategic Plan is being made through the performance programs prepared annually depending on the plan. Monitoring and evaluation of performance tables on spending units in which performance objectives, indicators, budgets and activities are defined, are being made in the middle and end of the year, and then the success level of the annual performance program and also, the success rate of the plan as the implementation period are being identified.
