2 eJoinder - Capabilites MagiClick’s proprietary e-mail marketing platform eJoinder is currently used by many large sized corporations and is one of the leading e-mail marketing products in Turkey. Customers may choose the hosted (recommended) or the on-premise version based on their needs. The system allows targeted mailings based on any of the criteria the database holds (e.g. specialty, location, birth date, gender etc.). As the system is hosted on a highly scalable and fast platform, it’s capable of sending 100K e-mails within 10 minutes or less (depending on hardware, mail size and personalization options.) DKIM, SPF and Sender ID are implemented for used domain to increase deliverability. SPAM databases are checked periodically.

3 eJoinder - Capabilites The system is capable to send personalized e-mails based on all database fields, e.g. each mail can be automatically personalized for the Name and Surname of the subscriber. Social Sharing Feature Automatic subscription/unsubscription Advanced real-time reporting capabilities All HTML mails are checked for client and SPAM compatibility. Text versions are automatically displayed on non-HTML capable platforms.

4 eJoinder – Advanced Reporting Capabilities Delivery report (How many messages have reached their intended recipient) Read report (How many people have viewed the message) Clickthrough Report (How many people have clicked on at least one the links on the message) Detailed Clicked Reports (How many people have clicked on each and every link on the message) Bounce Reports (How many people have not received the message and why) Hard Bounce & Soft Bounce Breakdown (How many bounces are final and how many are temporary) Complaint Meter (How many people have reported the message as spam) Unsubscribes (How many people have chosen to unsubscribe from that specific message) All reports are available on a member basis, i.e. all reports include the names of people who took that specific action.
