AT-MEL Group Meeting, CERN, 1211 Geneva 23 6 Time scale: day(s) Unblock/mitigate all relevant blocking performance issues encountered during magnet commissioning reported by MPP CCC Conditions: –CCC MPP expert team & called in experts cannot, or do not want to, decide themselves how to proceed with a non-conformity of a magnet circuit. Action: –CCC Commissioning continues on next test. –CCC MPP expert or EIC calls up MAT responsible (2) to organize meeting. The timing of the meeting depends on the urgency as determined by the MIC + MAT. MTF summary. –Gives HWC advice to go on (with possible limitations) or declares circuit non-conform. Represent MPP during daily debriefing meetings at 16:30 in the CCC Glassbox Provide feedback to MPP CCC Team –Direct feedback is done by experts on call. MAT or non MAT.
7
AT-MEL Group Meeting, CERN, 1211 Geneva 23 7 Time scale: week Review the results and approve all circuits after execution of the powering procedures. Experts present regularly the result of 'their' provisionally approved circuits for final approval and convince MAT that circuit can be approved. Where will this be documented? Meeting minutes and MTF report. Meetings 1/week on Friday. MPP-MAT regularly presents the circuits to be approved to MPP. Escalate critical non conformities to the HWC

AT-MEL Group Meeting, CERN, 1211 Geneva 23 8 Time scale weeks Assure the follow-up of the nonconformities and associated diagnostics activities Report to MPP and MARIC as relevant
9
AT-MEL Group Meeting, CERN, 1211 Geneva 23 9 All Time scales Document the data analysis activities –Specify requirements for CCC software for test summaries (mainly QPS)
