2 HBP’s New eProduct Platform The new backend home for Online Courses & Tutorials We control hosting, support, and features Future ability to deliver MORE online products (e.g. multimedia cases and other web-hosted product types)

3 What will it look like? Course content looks the same, with some minor improvements to UI and exam functionality Administrative screens will look different, but retain current functionality + MORE: Ability to set Pass / Fail thresholds Clear status messaging Easier reporting capability

4 What’s the Timeline? No more new accounts on the HBS platform starting January 2012 No more access to HBS platform starting January 2013 New eProduct Platform integrated with Content Builder starting January 2012 Today January 2012 January 2013 New accounts set up on HBS platform Existing accounts access to HBS platform New accounts set up on new HBP eProduct platfrom

5 What do you need to know about the transition? This will appear seamless to most customers Those who currently access through CB: These customers do not need to do anything Online courses/tutorials will work for the duration of the coursepack, and they can set up a new coursepack at any time. Those who currently access through Saba: Customers can use their existing courses on Saba until December 2012 Renewal of these contracts should be done through Content Builder if at all possible Saba will not be integrated with the new platform

6 Exceptions that have gone to Saba in the last year Course setups that exceed 1 year We are working with Content Builder to allow coursepacks to exceed 1 year Complex setups that require multiple courses and multiple admins with shared access Sales Support and/or Product Support can configure this through Content Builder Student pay discounts We can implement student-pay discounts on Content Builder via concierge Co-branding of the Saba login page We can propose local hosting of the online courses as a solution Online courses and HMM modules in one contract We can propose local hosting of the online courses as a solution

7 Next Steps Nicole to circulate list of current Saba contracts to RSMs Will include a transition path for each contract RSMs to review list Send additions, questions, concerns to Nicole Marketing and Product are working on customer messaging about what’s changing Any questions?
